Event Access
BADGE HOLDERS: Platinum VIP Weekend & Friend of Festival. Your weekend credential badge will need to be worn at all times for entrance to your registered events. Credential badges will be available for pick-up the week of the event at the times and location below. Please bring a photo ID. Ticketing
If you purchased À La Carte event tickets, you should have received e-tickets for each event from our ticketing partner, SquadUp. General Parking & Shuttle Info
All attendees are encouraged to use complimentary HWFE shuttles for transportation to and from events. On-site attendants will be available to assist and guide you.
For most events, boarding will begin 30 minutes prior to departure.
Shuttles will depart approximately 15 minutes before the event start time.
Shuttles will return at the conclusion of each event.
Please check your specific event details and shuttle location, as times may vary.
Downtown Healdsburg Shuttle Stop
HWFE Downtown Shuttle Stop is located at 14 Matheson Street between Vine Street & Healdsburg Avenue
This stop will operate for all events (excluding those that are already downtown).
No parking is available at the shuttle stop. Please plan to walk or use nearby public parking.
Appellation Healdsburg Guests
Appellation Healdsburg guests will have dedicated shuttle service to/from most events.

Rideshare & Safety
Ubers and Lyfts are not reliable in the area.
We strongly recommend using HWFE shuttles or booking a car service in advance.Please drink responsibly. Do not drive under the influence.

This is an outdoor event, so think summer dresses, smart blouses with skirts or tailored pants, or polished jumpsuits. For men, button-down shirts or polos with chinos or nice jeans. Flat shoes or sandals are recommended, as we'll be on gravel and grass. Hats and sunglasses are welcome for the daytime sun.
