Shuttles & Transportation
For a seamless experience, all guests are required to use the complimentary shuttle service outlined below. On-site parking will not be available.
HWFE Downtown Shuttle Stop
Located near 14 Matheson Street (between Vine Street & Healdsburg Avenue).
Please note: there is no parking at the shuttle stop—guests should walk or use nearby public parking.
Shuttle Schedule
Boarding begins at 11:30 AM
Departure at 11:45 AM
Return service will be provided to the downtown shuttle stop at the conclusion of the event.
Check-In
Please have your e-ticket or badge and a valid photo ID ready to check-in. Admission will not be granted without them. Should you require assistance with your badges or e-tickets, please reach out to us at info@healdsburgwineandfood.com.
Attire
Feel free to wear what you like, these suggestions are simply here to spark ideas. A swimsuit is a must along with something stylish to throw over it. Think breezy cover-ups, caftans, linen sets, or resort-ready dresses. For men, swim trunks with a polished shirt or lightweight button-down. Sun hats, sandals, and sunglasses are encouraged.
