The best weekend begins with bubbles—Champagne Henriot will be the first sip of the Welcome Celebration. Indulge in iconic wines from the Spire Collection, and explore the Stonestreet Bourbon Lounge - all paired with curated bites by award-winning chefs. There will be lots to eat and drink as we toast to start the best weekend of the year!
Event Details
At 7:45 PM, join HWFE and Stonestreet Whiskey at the Bourbon Lounge for cocktails, coffee, dessert, and a live pianist in the Mayacama Living Room. This after party conlucdes at 9:00 PM and shuttles will run on rotation upon conclusion.
Shuttles & Transportation
For a seamless and stress-free experience, please be aware that on-site parking will NOT be available. Instead, we kindly request all guests to utilize our convenient shuttle service option(s) listed below:
HWFE Downtown Shuttle Stop: located near 14 Matheson Street (between Vine Street & Healdsburg Avenue). Please note that there is no parking at the HWFE downtown shuttle stop, so guests will need to walk or utilize available parking in the surrounding areas.
Shuttles will depart from HWFE Shuttle Stop at 5:45 PM (boarding begins at 5:30 PM) and will return to the HWFE Shuttle Stop upon conclusion of the event.
Guests of Montage Healdsburg will be picked up at the entry at 5:45 PM and will return to the Montage upon conclusion of the event.
No personal vehicles are allowed at Mayacama Golf Club. Should you choose to arrive using a private car or shuttle service, please note that they will need to depart the property immediately after dropping you off.
Check-In
Please have your e-ticket or badge and a valid photo ID ready to check-in. Admission will not be granted without them. Should you require assistance with your badges or e-tickets, please reach out to us at info@healdsburgwineandfood.com.
Attire
Feel free to wear what you like, these suggestions are simply here to spark ideas. This is an indoor/outdoor patio event. Think polished yet comfortable: flowy dresses, dressy jumpsuits, or tailored separates for women; smart slacks or chinos with button-downs or sport coats for men. No need for heels or ties, opt for footwear that’s ideal for patio mingling. Light layers are encouraged for the evening.
