SOLD OUT - The Welcome Celebration kicks off at Appellation Healdsburg, the new culinary-driven luxury hotel from Chef Charlie Palmer, a visionary known as a pioneer of progressive American cooking alongside his son and Executive Chef, Reed Palmer.
Savor signature dishes from celebrated Chefs Maneet Chauhan and Duskie Estes, served from interactive chef stations where you can see them in action. Charlie Palmer’s Appellation team rounds out the night with inspired bites that capture the essence of Sonoma County cuisine.
With wine flowing from curated tasting stations throughout the event, the Welcome Celebration sets the stage for an unforgettable weekend in Healdsburg.

Shuttles & Transportation
For a seamless experience, on-site parking will not be available. All guests are required to use the complimentary shuttle service outlined below:
HWFE Downtown Shuttle Stop
Located near 14 Matheson Street (between Vine Street & Healdsburg Avenue).
Please note: there is no parking at the shuttle stop—guests should walk or use nearby public parking.
Shuttle Schedule
Boarding begins at 5:30 PM
Departure at 5:45 PM
Return service will be provided to the downtown shuttle stop at the conclusion of the event.
Important
Personal vehicles are not permitted at Appellation Healdsburg. If arriving via private car or rideshare, vehicles must depart immediately after drop-off.
Check-In

Attire
Feel free to wear what you like, these suggestions are simply here to spark ideas. This is an indoor/outdoor patio event. Think polished yet comfortable: flowy dresses, dressy jumpsuits, or tailored separates for women; smart slacks or chinos with button-downs or sport coats for men. No need for heels or ties, opt for footwear that’s ideal for patio mingling. Light layers are encouraged for the evening.
