Artistry in Japanese Culinary Mastery at Bricoleur Vineyards, Crafted by Mazda

Description

Join us for a sensory dining experience that embodies the Japanese concept of omotenashi, or thoughtful hospitality. Chef Diego Oka is the Executive Chef at La Mar and is recognized as one of Miami's most imaginative and progressive chefs. Chef Oka incorporates a myriad of influences into his inventive, signature international cuisine, including aspects from his Peruvian and Japanese heritage. Chef Oka joins the Bricoleur Vineyards culinary team of Chef Thomas Bellec and Chef Todd Knoll to create dishes that explore the intersection of artistry and intentionality through the lens of exceptional dining.
